Types and configurations of standard booths (I) 9 square meters single/double opening standard booth design and configuration (as shown) A 9㎡ ordinary standard booth (3m*3m) includes the following facilities: Overall booth height: total height 3.5m, hoarding height 2.5m; Carpet: anthracite exhibition carpet; Fascia: 2.0mL * 0.3mH company name and booth number; Hoarding: aluminum bracket and three sides of the white hoarding, corner booths have two sides of the hoarding; Furniture: an information table (size: L: 100cm W: 50cm H: 75cm), two white folding chairs, a waste paper basket; Electrical appliances: a 500W single-phase socket (for small electrical appliances only), two 28-watt long-arm spotlights. Furniture: one inquiry table (size: 100cm long, 50cm wide and 75cm high), two white folding chairs, one wastepaper basket; Electrical appliances: one 500W single-phase socket (for small electrical appliances only, not for connecting lamps and machines), two 28-watt long-arm spotlights.   (ii)18 square meters single/double opening standard booth design and configuration (as shown) The 18㎡ ordinary standard booth (3m*6m) includes the following facilities: Overall booth height: total height 3.5m, hoarding height 2.5m; Carpet: anthracite exhibition carpet; Fascia: two 2.0mL * 0.3mH company name and booth number; Hoarding: aluminum bracket and three sides of white hoarding, corner booths have two sides of the hoarding; Furniture: an information table (size: L: 100cm W: 50cm H: 75cm), two white folding chair, Furniture: one information table (size: 100cm long, 50cm wide and 75cm high), two white chairs, one wastepaper basket; Electrical appliances: two 500W single-phase sockets (for small electrical appliances only, not for connecting lamps and machines), four 28-watt long-arm spotlights.   (iii) Each standard booth includes the following equipment and specifications

  • The above rendering is for reference only, the actual construction will depend on the specific situation.
  • No alterations or additions to the standard booth structure, including painting and taping of wall panels, nailing and drilling of holes, are allowed without the Organizer's approval.In case of violation, the exhibitor will be liable for the price. If it is necessary to dismantle the exhibition, written consent must be obtained from the organizer, and the related costs will be borne by the exhibitor.
  • Standard booth exhibitors are not allowed to connect lighting equipment privately. Exhibitors will be held liable for any tripping, short-circuiting, fire, damage to electrical boxes, etc. caused by illegal operation.
  • The sockets are not to be used for lighting or connecting lamps, and are only for small power devices, and must not exceed the maximum power of the sockets. Please apply for additional power supply if you need to use electricity for high-power devices.
  • Please indicate the location of additional reserved facilities, electrical boxes, network cables, and air connections on the Form 3 Booth Location Map.
  • Multiple outlets are not allowed to prevent short circuits due to overloading.
  • Exhibitors applying for standard booths are not allowed to change to bare space without the written consent of the Organizer.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the configuration.
  • Please declare in advance if you need to set up your exhibits before the booth is erected. Standard booths will be set up according to the situation on site, usually one day before the start of the exhibition. Exhibits will be delivered in the afternoon of the day before the event. There is no fee waiver for unused portions of the standard booth configuration.
  • If exhibitors of standard booths use non-environmentally friendly materials (e.g. KT boards), bring their own wooden furniture or set up additional structures on site, the Organizer and the designated contractor have the right to require them to rectify the situation and collect a deposit of RMB1,000 per booth for on-site management. The deposit will be refunded to the exhibitors after they have completed the recycling at the time of the withdrawal of the exhibition.

  • Form 1 Standard Booth Fascia Character Application Form (required for standard booths);
  • Form 2 Furniture Rental Form (optional for standard booths)
