LogiMAT China 2020 to be postponed due to global neo-coronavirus outbreak

At the same time, the announcement issued by the governmental department also pointed out that it is still impossible to guarantee that large-scale events can be held normally; and the health of the exhibitors is always the most important issue for the show organizers to pay attention to. Under such circumstances, the show organizer had to make such a decision in advance to avoid the final moment when the show could not be held normally and all the investment of the exhibitors and visitors would be wasted.

Since its debut in China in 2014, LogiMAT China has been able to grow rapidly and gradually become a high-quality international communication platform with the strong support of all sectors of the community.LogiMAT China moved to Shanghai in 2019 and began to be held in conjunction with the Logistics Biennale Asia organized by Munich Expo Group, and in the last edition of the show in April 2019, it attracted More than 25,000 visitors.

"Based on the current announcements from government departments, still sticking with this year's show won't help our exhibitors, partners and professional buyers." Chen Ming, LogiMAT China Program Director from Messe Union Nanjing Stuttgart, explained, "We think postponing to next year is the most reasonable one for everyone."
